I believe that we all deserve to feel good in our bodies and do the things we want to do without pain. We should all be able to experience that aliveness and joy that comes from moving and playing sports with others.

If you’ve been around here a while, you’ve been with me from the beginnings of the surf fitness days at Witch’s Rock Surf Camp to the group coaching of Saltwater Fit with my wife Julie (I still love that name and her of course too) to my recent NHF Fit After 40 programs.
It’s been a wild ride and thank you for sticking around.
I’ll be phasing out my 1-1 fat loss / health coaching programs soon and focussing all my energy on a new exciting project called Tennis Fitness Mastery.
It’s a little bittersweet because I won’t be sharing all these incredible transformation pictures like you see here…

Why Tennis Fitness Mastery?
I’ve had a deep calling for quite some time to create a project around my passion for tennis and fitness. It’s time to make this happen and I feel uniquely positioned to create something special that can help 1000’s experience more joy through the sport of tennis.
Let’s be honest — Playing tennis is brutal on the body. Especially an aging body. If you don’t train correctly and look after your body, you will be in a world of hurt.
In fact, you might even have to drop tennis and start playing pickleball. Now, nothing against pickleball, but I’m here to show you that don’t need to go there just yet…
I’ve created Tennis Fitness Mastery (TFM) to help you build a bulletproof body so that you can play pain-free for decades to come and no longer worry about getting injured on and off the court.
With TFM, you will upgrade your body, mind, and nutrition so that you can not only compete and win more on the court, but also win more in life.
